Lynne L. Finnerty is an associate with the Firm. Her practice focuses on the representation of public sector and private sector entities. She is experienced in providing counsel to municipalities, school districts, and municipal authorities for all general matters including nuisance abatement, public bidding, acquisition and disposition of property, grievance arbitrations, contracts, personnel issues, land use, and zoning matters. She is experienced in representing private developers in land use litigation. She has represented clients in state court, federal court, and before administrative agencies.
Ms. Finnerty provides pro bono representation to victims of abuse through the Neighborhood Legal Services Protection from Abuse Program. She is an active member of Venture Outdoors, and she is a Board Member on the North Hills Estates Civic Association. Ms. Finnerty and her family reside in Ross Township.
